ON THE DAY COORDINATION
BASE PACKAGE - $1,050-$1,850+ plus TRAVEL FEES
  • Initial free consultation includes discussing your wedding in detail Including what we would be doing for you.

  • A final planning session with Your Event Plannery 1-2 months before your wedding date. In this session we go through everything from start to finish of your plans. After this session Your Event Plannery will write your running schedule for use on your wedding day.

  • Organisation of the bridal processional using two staff from Your Event Plannery to do this with ease and professionalism.

  • Contact to be made the week of your wedding with all of your suppliers letting them know our contact details as your wedding coordinators. We will then deal with any requests or questions that they may have.

  • Attendance at your wedding reception coordinating all suppliers on site on your behalf and sticking to your wedding running schedule. We will also coordinate all of your formalities.

 

 

ADD ON:

Site visits to your church/ ceremony location/ property/venue $150+

Attendance at your wedding rehearsal $150+

Set up of limited styling décor as discussed with your coordinator $200+

  • Initial free consultation includes discussing your wedding in detail Including what we would be doing for you.

  • Your Event Plannery staff will arrive at your venue before the first supplier arrives making it a smooth easy process on your wedding day. All contact will be made to the Your Event Plannery team for suppliers.

  • Your Event Plannery staff will set up limited styling items on your behalf. This is discussed at your final planning session.

  • Attendance at your wedding reception coordinating all suppliers on site on your behalf and sticking to your wedding running schedule. We will also coordinate all of your formalities.

PACKAGE 1 $2,500-$4,000+ plus TRAVEL FEES

  • Assistance with any outstanding bookings up to 4 bookings. Getting quotes from suppliers that we trust. We will set out a plan with you over a planning session. We can have unlimited planning sessions in this package. Giving our best advice on what you actually need to book and where to source it from.

  • Site visits for 1/2 of your wedding locations. Walk through with a member of our team discussing how you see your wedding set up and running. We will give you our ideas as well with set up requirements and helpful advice.

  • Contact to be made the week of your wedding with all of your suppliers letting them know our contact details as your wedding coordinators. We will then deal with any requests or questions that they may have.

  • Your Event Plannery staff will arrive at your venue before the first supplier arrives making it a smooth easy process on your wedding day. All contact will be made to the Your Event Plannery team for suppliers.

FULL PLANNING COORDINATION
$4,000-$6,000+ plus TRAVEL FEES
  • Initial consultation includes discussing your wedding in detail Including what we would be doing for you.

  • Assistance with all bookings. Getting quotes from suppliers that we trust. We will set out a plan with you over a planning session. We can have unlimited planning sessions in this package. Giving our best advice on what you actually need to book and where to source it from.

  • A mood board for the styling of your wedding. Based on our conversations and your ideas as well as ours, we will put together a base mood board to help us decide what your ceremony and reception will look like.

  • Site visits for your wedding locations. Walk through with a member of our team discussing how you see your wedding set up and running. We will give you our ideas as well with set up requirements and helpful advice.

  • Attendance at your wedding rehearsal.

  • Contact to be made the week of your wedding with all of your suppliers letting them know our contact details as your wedding coordinators. We will then deal with any requests or questions that they may have.

  • Your Event Plannery staff will arrive at your venue before the first supplier arrives making it a smooth easy process on your wedding day. All contact will be made to the Your Event Plannery team for suppliers.

  • Set up of styling items at both venues. (within our OHS standards)

  • Organisation of the bridal processional using two staff from Your Event Plannery to do this with ease and professionalism.

  • Your Event Plannery staff will set up limited styling items on your behalf. This is discussed at your final planning session.

  • Attendance at your wedding coordinating all suppliers on site on your behalf and sticking to your wedding running schedule. We will also coordinate all of your formalities.

  • We stay to the end of your wedding reception and assist with pack up including coordinating vendors who are picking items up.

THE STYLING ONLY PACKAGE
$3,000-$5,000+ plus TRAVEL FEES
  • Initial consultation includes discussing your wedding in detail Including what we would be doing for you.

  • Assistance with any outstanding bookings. Getting quotes from suppliers that we trust. We will set out a plan with you over a planning session. We can have unlimited planning sessions in this package. Giving our best advice on what you actually need to book and where to source it from.

  • A mood board for the styling of your wedding. Based on our conversations and your ideas as well as ours, we will put together a base mood board to help us decide what your ceremony and reception will look like.

  • Site visits for your wedding locations. Walk through with a member of our team discussing how you see your wedding set up and running. We will give you our ideas as well with set up requirements and helpful advice. We will measure the space, take photos, look at existing furniture and décor and plan what we need to do for the styling process.

  • Contact to be made with all of your suppliers letting them know our contact details as your wedding stylists. We will then deal with any requests or questions that they may have right from the start.

  • Your Event Plannery will start set up your styling items in liaison with your ceremony and reception venues/lighting tech’s/florists and whoever else you book.

  • We stay at the reception till you both arrive. Once we know you’re happy we leave and let you enjoy your night. We come back when the reception is finished and pack up.
